fantastic stay

polite staff great spa breakfast buffet good bar

mr binh was fantastic! the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very polite. they were so willing to help, and the spa was great! we will be back, as i've already recommended it to family and friends. the breakfast buffet had many choices. we used the bar every night as it was all so good.

the hotel features a very nice swimming pool, divided into sections suitable for both children and adults, this ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all. the pool area includes ample seating with sun loungers and shaded areas.

the room was very spacious and comfortable. the bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the rooms are super clean thanks to the lovely cleaners who provide daily service.

attentive staff thoughtful service spacious pool

I enjoyed my stay so much! Quynh, Q Huy, and Ngoc, were very attentive. The staff always had a smile, and was ready to help. The service was thoughtful, so I felt very taken care of. The pool was spacious, and clean, it was perfect.

The TV in my room was an older model.

The room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. That's so nice! I had a great sleep and the room was quiet. I was able to relax without difficulty.

The team was kind and always available. Ngoc assisted with excellent advice. Everyone always checked in and helped me get a late check-out. I felt so supported and cared for .

The location worked well. It's a manageable walk to the old town area. i also found the breakfast buffet offered good variety. i appreciated the shuttle service. It provided convenient access to the beach. overall the staff was quick and eager to assist.

The walls do seem thin. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was sometimes noticeable. it wasn't a major issue, but i found it a bit disruptive at times.

My room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. the sound insulation could use improvement. there was a tv with several international channels and a mini-fridge stocked with cold drinks, too.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of asian and western dishes, and i appreciated the fresh fruit options. the on-site restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. I chose to eat outside because it was so pretty. the coffee was strong and flavorful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed my requests for extra towels. staff spoke english. Communication was not a problem! the hotel offered laundry services. I used them and the clothes came back clean.

The hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere. The gardens were fine! the quiet pools was perfect. i particularly appreciated the service provided by the driver, vu, who made the airport transfer seamless. he was kind. His job was great.

the restaurant prices were high, especially compared to similar options across the street.

The hotel is approximately a ten-minute walk from the ancient city. It is also near restaurants and shops. the town is close to the hotel. it felt very secluded despite being close to everything, and we loved that

strategic location warm staff unheated pool faulty shower

I appreciated the strategic location I found it close to the bridge. Huy at the front desk was warm he gave me excellent food recommendations nearby.

The pool area seemed pretty but it was not heated. The shower was not great water squirted haphazardly from the hand-held shower head.

the location was acceptable (it wasn't too far from things).

i booked a stay. the hotel offered two rooms. i didn't need two rooms. then there was constant knocking sounds. it was coming from all the rooms. the staff couldn't do anything about it. i didn't sleep well (not a wink!)
